Gift wrapping and packaging

In order to keep packaging and shipping costs down for the customer we have switched our packaging from a gift box to a printed card in a protective sleeve.

Custom and personalized orders

We will do our best to meet your requests with your custom order. Please continue to check your email, I do send messages while making your item if I need clarification or more information. Delays in messages could delay shipment of your item.

Care instructions

We recommend treating this jewelry the way you would treat any other jewelry. Although wearing your jewelry in water will not harm it we do recommend removing it before showering or swimming. You can clean your jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth or pro polish pad.

Wholesale availability

We do have some items available for wholesale pricing. Please contact us with any questions.

There is a problem with my order, what do I do?

If there is an error with your order that is my fault please let me know. We are here to help and will make sure you receive the correct item. If you made a mistake when entering your personalization for your jewelry, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make changes to your order before we start to make it. If we have already shipped your item and there is a mistake just let us know and we will work with you to make corrections needed.

Returns / Exchanges Details

Returns- If your item is incorrect or there is an error in spelling I will gladly replace this with the correct item. If there is no error we can not accept a return as the item is personalized and can not be resold.

Exchanges- We will exchange chains, birthstones, and charms but can not exchange an item that has been personalized.
